Administrative Affairs Division
The backbone of the college, responsible for Human Resources management for all faculty, staff, and technicians. Its duties include maintaining service files, issuing administrative orders (appointments, promotions, bonuses, leaves), managing retirement procedures, handling official correspondence, and ensuring seamless administrative operations in accordance with applicable regulations.
Financial Affairs Division
Manages all financial aspects of the college, including payroll preparation, annual budget organization, disbursement of financial entitlements, and management of final accounts. It also oversees the collection of tuition fees for evening and parallel studies, ensuring the operational budget is utilized to support the educational process and laboratory equipment.
Legal Affairs Division
Dedicated to protecting the college's legal interests and providing legal counsel on all administrative matters. It represents the college before specialized courts, drafts contracts and agreements, chairs investigative and auditing committees, and ensures that all issued decisions comply with laws, regulations, and ministerial instructions.
Maintenance Division
Responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings and facilities within the college. This includes maintenance of medical and laboratory equipment, electrical systems, cooling, and plumbing. The division maintains high readiness to ensure continuous operation in lecture halls and teaching clinics, providing a suitable environment for staff and students.
Services & Campus Greenery Division
Focused on maintaining the college's aesthetic appeal by managing and developing green spaces and gardens, along with supervising general cleaning in buildings and corridors. It is also responsible for vehicle and transport management, providing the necessary logistical support for official activities and events within the college.
