Postgraduate Studies Division
The Postgraduate Studies Division is responsible for managing and organizing all matters related to postgraduate students (Higher Diploma, Master's, and PhD). This includes admission procedures, competitive examinations, monitoring academic and research progress, auditing graduation files, issuing university decrees for degree granting, and ensuring full compliance with ministerial regulations regarding postgraduate education.
Registration & Student Affairs Division
Acting as the primary link between the student and the college, this division handles the admission of new students, organizes their academic files, and issues university IDs, official transcripts, and graduation certificates. It monitors the student's academic journey, including annual registration, attendance, transfers, and guest student status, while maintaining accuracy in both physical and electronic records.
Studies & Planning Division
The Studies & Planning Division focuses on drafting the college's future strategic plans, collecting and analyzing statistical data, and preparing periodic reports on student, faculty, and staff numbers. It also contributes to formulating annual admission plans and identifying the human and material resource needs required to ensure the sustainable development of the educational institution.
Scientific Affairs Division
This division manages the college's scientific activities, including tracking faculty research publications, organizing academic promotion procedures, and coordinating scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. It also oversees the activation of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and scientific cooperation with other universities and global research centers.
Career Development & Recruitment Unit
The Career Development, Recruitment, and Follow-up Unit aims to bridge the gap between academic outcomes and the labor market. It organizes training sessions for students and alumni to enhance their soft and technical skills, opens communication channels with the private sector to provide suitable job opportunities, and tracks the professional career paths of graduates.
Human Rights Unit
Dedicated to promoting a culture of human rights and legal awareness within the campus, ensuring an educational environment based on justice and equality. It organizes awareness events, monitors the implementation of human rights standards in academic and administrative dealings, and addresses issues related to rights and freedoms within the college.
